If you know me, you know that I LOVE series. I dont grasp falling in adore with characters and fictional worlds, only to be done with them after only one publication very well haha. I do occasionally enjoy a fine standalone though. Some stories are hella amazing *because* they are standalones, some really only operate that way and would be ruined by a sequel.
I know others would rather read a lot more standalone books and because its June AKA pride month and also because I am who I am, Ive got a whole list of queer science fiction and fantasy books that are standalones.
Every single one of the following (adult) science fiction and fantasy books is a standalone and queer and while Im not going to lay them in any specific order/rate them, I gotta speak that the first one is my absolute favorite. So if you desire a starting show, get that one.
